Legacy Hill Acres Photography Agreement

This Photography Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Legacy Hill Acres/Phillip & Cristi Statz (“Property Owner”) and the undersigned photographer or photographer client (“Photographer”) .

1. Reservation and Payment

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by Legacy Hill Acres. Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Property Access

Access to Legacy Hill Acres is allowed only during the scheduled time. Early arrival or late departure may result in additional fees. The Photographer is responsible for ensuring that all clients and guests respect the property and its surroundings.

3. Permitted Use

This agreement grants permission for photography sessions only. No videography, drone use, or large props/equipment without prior approval.

4. Respect for Property

No picking flowers or damaging any plants, landscaping, or structures. Children must be supervised at all times. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the property.

5. Pets

For the safety of our animals, crops, and guests, pets are not allowed on the property unless approved in writing by Legacy Hill Acres prior to the session.

6. Promotion and Credit

If images taken at Legacy Hill Acres are shared online or published, proper location credit is appreciated (e.g., 'Photographed at Legacy Hill Acres').

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If weather or other uncontrollable events make the session impossible, Photographer may reschedule within the season at no additional cost. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited fees.

Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

By signing this agreement, the undersigned Photographer (and any clients, guests, or participants they bring to the property) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

- I understand that visiting Legacy Hill Acres may involve walking on uneven terrain, exposure to insects, natural elements, and other potential hazards.

- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting and using the property, including but not limited to injury, illness, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property.

- I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Legacy Hill Acres, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with use of the property.

- I understand that I am responsible for the safety and behavior of all clients, assistants, and guests present during my scheduled session.
